(May 22, 2020, 4:32 pm)I have been buying shoes from this store for the last three years. Nothing but stellar service. I bought a pair that I couldn't quite get used to. It was past the return policy date but I thought I'd call them anyway. They not only exchanged them but waived the difference as my new pair was more expensive. I also just bought a pair online and they sent me a thank you note for supporting their store. I find it so refreshing that they showed their gratitude. I have patronized several local stores very loyally and I feel that they could learn something from the old-fashioned, legendary customer service I received. Well done!

(June 5, 2019, 1:22 pm)I'm not one who writes reviews often (at all) but the customer service here was awesome. Kyle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to some inserts, my feet feel SO much better. Great store would recommend to anyone looking for running shoes regardless of running experience.
