Dave the manager was nothing but kind and sweet to me. He is now my go to person. I had lost numerous photos and videos and he was simply amazing. God bless him and his family. Also, Amanda was super kind to me as I was just heartbroken. I gave a bad review, but now retracted. 17 years with T Mobile. There's a reason why I stay. Also, I need to add Carmen and Derrick as they are equally exceptional.

Great service. I walked in not a T-Mobile customer and walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new iPhone 11. The representive who helped me was patient, respectful and knowledgable.

How refreshing to have an employee (Amanda at Wauwatosa store) not only follow up, but go way above the call of duty when your inconvenienced with technical difficulties. After 10 years with Verizon, I’m extremely impressed with the customer service at T-Mobile in Wauwatosa. I no longer dread walking into a mobile store with a question or issue. Her new manager, Dave, appeared equally impressive.
