“I was referred to Spinal Dynamics to work with a physical therapist for the pain caused by cervical bulging discs. I had received PT before with a different service with no relief, so I had low expectations when I began treatment at Spinal Dynamics. I was pleasantly surprised my first visit. My therapist, Meg, took the time to listen to my symptoms, perform an exam, and discuss her thoughts on a treatment plan for me. She even began with dry needling my first appointment, which brought immediate relief to my tight muscles. I have had a few visits with Meg since then, and each time, she works with me from the first minute of my session to the last (and sometimes a few over), from stretches to dry needling to showing me ways to better exercise by body at home. She has made some great recommendations for products which have brought relief between appointments. I have been so much more comfortable since I began treatment with Meg.
