“For this area, this is the only reasonable choice for delivery. Food is generally well prepared and arrives hot even in the most frigid weather. Delivery charge is $2.99, which is not given to or shared with delivery driver, loss of one star. The delivery charge impacts driver tips (which they need to pay their own bills). They stopped asking me to fund their charities, which they use to take a total write-off on, so gained back a star. Need to give delivery charge to driver, or admit that's built in to the prices as a claw-back from coupons. Normal delivery times are between 30 to 45 minutes from time order placed (average past two years). Deliveries on holidays or when the Packers are playing can take up to 60 minutes. I live 3.6 miles from store location. This is as expected, and I prefer the driver remain SAFE than get my food to me quicker than is reasonable. Get rid of the delivery charge (or give 100% to the driver) and I'll revise this.”

Employees are quick to move you down the line, which is helpful! Decor at this location is relevant, lighting supportive. This location has been chilly in the restaurant 3 of 3 times I've been (summer, fall, and winter), even for my male co-guests, so we always eat quickly to get out of there. Must be why they keep it so brisk; it's not a big area and they need the space for the next guests!”

“EDIT: I originally posted this as a one star, however; the manager reached out to me about my bad experience and offered to make it right. It always impresses me when management care enough to better individual customer experiences. It really shows that its about the people and not just the business. I have since gone back and had a very pleasant experience. I will be back again as i feel that this staff values their customers and works to make sure that they have the great experience that they expect I visited this location today and ordered a club. I was asked for no mayo and mustard. I made sure to say again no mayo when they read the request back to me. I now got home only to open my sandwich to see that it is loaded with mayo. So much, that i dont think ill be able to wipe it off enough to eat.”
