“Wow! I was impressed by the service. When it was my husband and my turn to order the people preparing our food spoke clearly and was more than willing to explain all the options. When we sat down to eat the area was clean. We went for Valentine's day and the decorations on the tables made it fun. My husband and I were eating and ran out of cheese for our chips. The person cleaning noticed and asked us if we would like for cheese. We said yes and he brought us some. This was amazing service! I would pick to eat here again over some other fast food restaurants.”

“I’m not entirely certain why the previous reviewer had such a terrible experience, but I cannot say enough good things about this Verizon store. I usually dread going to a Verizon store because I hate to feel like I’m getting swindled, but Sam, Jerise, Eddie, and Brittany all bent over backwards and went above and beyond to help me out, save me money, and make sure I understood all changes that were being applied to my account. This Verizon store is pretty small, and they did have to order my phone (I actually needed to get two new phones over the course of a week because of Apple weirdness), but it came in less than two days and they called me the second it arrived. If you’re trying to decide between going to another local Verizon store and this location, I would hands down recommend this one for a fantastic, non-stressful, and seamless experience (I live close by, but the Secure Parking Kenilworth Lot is actually right around the corner, too, if you don’t feel like dealing with street parking).”

“Dale, and all the staff of Downer Hardware, have helped me countless times with my home improvement projects/gardening/etc. as I’m a new homeowner, and new to DIY projects. They always take the time to help me troubleshoot and problem solve. I destroyed multiple drill bits attempting to install curtain rods in my plaster walls — Dale instructed me on the use of masonry bits and my project became much easier. They even carry the dog food we use, Taste of the Wild, which isn’t sold in many locations. I will always shop at Downer Hardware over any big box store because of their excellent customer service and care that they offer.”
