“Upfront, honest and fast! Went there cause I've had friends that reccomended I go. And I'm glad I did! Bought tires and they were going to put them on the same day. But I brought my car back the next day cause it worked out better for my schedule, and they were amazing with scheduling it around when I could do it. And they had the tires on and out the door in under a hour! And did a wonderful job. Car drives so smooth, like brand new! The owner, Steve I believe his name was, super nice; great guy. Scott, our project manager, was wonderful and took some extra steps up front to ensure we were all on the same page for any demo that had to be done. The project outline was very thorough and they met their goal posts along the way. Communication from Scott was key. He was just great to work with and I’d request him again for future projects to make sure all the teams (who were also great - plumbers, preppers, tiler, finishers)were completing everything appropriately for inspectors and on time!”

After talking with a few independent contractors and established companies, we chose Bath Planet for the job. Our installer was really competent and solved issues as they came up. The project had some unforeseen challenges and delays which many projects of this kind have. But every time something came up the solution was timely, creative and appropriate. We love our new bathroom - it's easy to clean, it's fresh and appealing and we can live with it for a long time!”
