(July 6, 2022, 12:21 pm)As soon as I pulled in they had someone already came out and walk to my truck and checked me in and gave me a door right away. From what I was told it’s a first come first serve facility. Nice people , they got a huge public dog park down the street from facility . They unloading me in less than hour .
(March 20, 2022, 11:38 am)Second time picking up from here and I love it even more! Customer service is amazing. Overnight parking just be mindful of other trucks that come in to do drop and hooks. And loading takes about 30-35 minutes. They bring the paperwork out to your truck. I believe it is FCFS. Also there is plenty of space to maneuver.
