All of the staff at Mantel Orthodontics are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Appointments run smoothly from check in to meeting with Dr. Mantel. All of our many questions are answered to ensure we understand the treatment plan, and staff ensure that each patient feels important and cared for. We’ve had a great experience so far!

We have had a great experience with Mantel Orthodontics. Dr. Mantel and her staff are always warm and welcoming, and eager to answer any questions or concerns we have. My 9 year old loves it because everyone is always nice, she gets to pick her rubber band colors and when she has questions they are always answered in a way she understands and makes her feel comfortable.

We are about a year into our treatment plan, and our experience with Mantel Orthodontics has been everything one would hope for. Dr. Mantel is kind, professional and gifted in what she does. The staff at Mantel Orthodontics is always positive and encouraging! The incentive plans for the kids and fun events throughout the year, are such a generous and fun bonus! My child is always excited to go to her appointments! :)

We love everything about Mantel Orthodontics. The office is clean and inviting, the staff is friendly, professional and helps you understand the process and options. Dr. Mantel is smart and gentle and makes her patients comfortable. The rewards program has engaged and motivated my 7yo son. His experience has been something he enjoys instead of the many alternatives. And best of all, his teeth are looking great! We are so glad we chose Mantel!

One other note, we had a broken wire incident on a Friday night and Heather met us in the office (9 months pregnant!) to take care of it...with a smile of her own! Great customer service! Thank you all!
