(December 23, 2020, 3:16 pm)Always very happy with the work done by Chimney Concepts. Latest visit was on Dec 22. He took the time to explain how to change out the batteries and made me feel comfortable operating the fireplace. So glad I chose Chimney Concepts for my gas fireplace and wall masonry!
(November 13, 2020, 7:11 pm)Dave was amazing to work with! He showed up early, explained the issue and fixed it quickly. He was very open with his communication and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend him and The Fire Factory. He is even going to help us look into replacing our logs using a warranty. We are so happy to have our fireplace back in time for the cold weather. Thanks so much Dave!
(October 15, 2020, 11:31 am)We are so pleased with our new gas logs and glass doors. Bobby was great at helping us and removing our old doors and wood fire equipment. Cleaned our fire box for us, too.
The installers were very professional and pleasant. Jared and, forgive me, I can't recall his helpers name.
The overall process was excellent. We recommend The Fire Factory.
