Sippel Electric is working on my mom's kitchen remodel, so I had called Ben to get an estimate on work i was going to complete after closing on a home I was purchasing. My mortgage lender decided I needed that work completed 7 business days prior to closing. Ben was able to squeeze in the work so my closing wasn't moved & was able to provide a lien waiver with my payment. Im really grateful that he was able to get the work completed for me with such short notice.
