(July 28, 2022, 1:53 pm)They made the wrong drink for me. When I told them that I wanted a iced oak milk vanilla latte, they gave me the wrong drink AND remade the drink I wanted. I walked away with the drink I originally wanted and a free drink as well. This is what customer service is supposed to look like. 5 stars.
(March 3, 2022, 1:59 pm)FAST! I waited just a minute or two to order and when I did I had a couple customizations. After I paid I walked to sit down and my drink was done! With my customs they NEVER have it done that fast but I usually order in West Bend. The ladies who served me and gave me my drink were so kind! I was never so quick to leave a tip!
