Eupraxia - Grafton

Eupraxia will change your life! For the better of course :) The workouts are fun and challenging for everyone, no matter your level of fitness. The nutrition plans shared with the 6 week challenge are so simple and make so much sense. I have gained so much strength and confidence coming here, and I will definitely be doing it forever!

This is my happy place! This is not a typical gym. It’s a community of like-minded people who encourage each other to show up and do their best. The environment is encouraging and engaging, which stems from the owner - Peter. He is such a positive energy source and always assisting with correct form to avoid injury. Each workout is different and therefore, avoids the monotony and workout rut. The small group classes come in all shapes, sizes, ability and ages. If you’re worried about that first workout, don’t be. We’ve all been there. Just show up and you’ll be glad you did!

This is BY FAR the best gym that I have ever been a member at. Eupraxia feels like a family. Every day, Peter (the trainer) and the other members have made me feel welcomed, wanted, encouraged, supported and pushed to be the best that I can be. In the short time that I’ve been going, I have noticed a huge difference in these workouts. The use of heavy weights and the high intensity style will keep me addicted to Eupraxia. Although I am challenged, every workout is adaptable to all ages, bodies and levels of experience.

Absolutely worth it!

Really great gym! Everyone is SO welcoming. I'm always so intimidated starting a new gym but Peter (the trainer/owner) and the other members made me feel welcome right away. It makes working out fun. It's just a part of my daily (mostly lol) routine now.

The workouts are varied, and always adjusted to personal fitness level. Peter does a great job at encouraging while also pushing you to go harder and do your best. I feel stronger every time I go!

Peter is an AWESOME trainer, he is always there doing the workout with us and encouraging us along the way! He is always teaching us proper form is more important than the number of reps you complete.

The members are so welcoming. No one is there to judge you, they are there to encourage you throughout your journey!
