Amazing place, so much to take in. Great prices on everything!
A great antique store with plenty of high end and exotic items. Everything is meticulously displayed in the two floor establishment along with an outbuilding. The proprietor is very knowledgeable and personable. The inventory here is entirely vintage and antique, so you won't be finding flea market items. A great place to look for that one specific centerpiece item, or maybe a couple.
Antiques at Gordon's is one of my favorite places in the world. Packed with beautiful, rare, and fascinating objects, I can easily spend an hour and a half wandering the store. It's housed in a two-story barn on beautiful property, and there's also an annex building with all kinds of fascinating things, including an astonishing collection of antique glass light covers (I feel dumb I don't know what they're called, but like the glass dome that covers the lightbulbs on a ceiling fan, for example). I have collected tea sets ever since I was young, and Gordon made my YEAR by selling me a gorgeous 1930s-era Noritake child's tea set at a discounted price. He even took the time to show me some reference books on antique toy dish sets from the considerable library behind the counter. This is a local business I can't recommend enough - an absolute hidden gem. Whether you're from the area or passing thru, you absolutely will not be disappointed if you make a trip here. Gordon's is also located just off the freeway, so it's really a great choice for travelers who want to stop off and check out antiques while on their journeys.
Wonderful old barn packed with history. He has collections grouped, and very nicely organized. Many items of everthing, from tables, chairs, dressers, lamps, pottery, glass, framed prints to children's old furniture and collectors toys. 2 levels to see, can't wait to go again with a friend.
