Cathy was extremely helpful. We came an hour and a half before closing and she was patient with our decision making process, showed us potential units and helped us consolidate in a way that made the most financial sense. She was great!

Cathy was an absolute gem to work with. So helpful, totally kept her calm even tho I was clearly having a day. Bless her. Cannot recommend this storage spot highly enough. So clean, so convenient!

Cathy was amazing. Her smile greeted us before her words did. Even though she was new to the job her kindness and professionalism was VP status. We could use more Cathy's in customer service. Keep up the good work Cathy I hope all your hard work is appreciated.

Very happy with the space we rented in this facility. Clean & great access! Erin Manages the facilty & is so helpful & patient. Always attentive to our needs & responds quickly. Best of all she is really pleasant and great at her job!!!

Very good Vet and thorough. Have used them since I moved here in 2018. Everyone is very nice and friendly.

My sweet Elvis Presley. Dr Whitworth is one of a kind! She did the MOST of any veterinary doctor I’ve EVER been blessed to come across. She took the time to go ever every detail of his medical record, which were complicated. We sorted it all out, and she offered both expensive, and non expensive treatment options. I had already spent thousands of dollars trying to save my puppy. He was very sick, and wasn’t responding to any treatment offered. She was honest, and loving to all of his needs as we’re every part of her staff. They know me by name, voice and face. The office is clean and very friendly and fast. Elvis sadly, didn’t make it. We had to help him cross the rainbow bridge and his staff made his transition the most comfortable and easy for both myself, and him. They gave the best discount and price the could and the utmost respect. If we ever decide to have another animal, Dr Whitworth will be the only vet we trust. Thank you for loving us, and our Elvis. Great Job village Vet. Five star is an understatement ❤️

I really love this vet. I’ve recently moved to the area and I could tell they cared about my animals from day one, they weren’t just “another patient” to them. I’ve seen both Dr. Shores and Dr. Whitworth for my problem child kitty and they are both equally fantastic. I highly recommend this place. It genuinely feels like family. They treat my animals like family. The amount of care the staff shows here is incredible. I will only bring my animals here from now on! Thank you for everything y’all do.
