We had the privilege in working with Dane Stenson on the sale of our Whitefish Bay house. Originally, we had planned to work with a different realtor, but we bumped into Dane at an open house that he was running and he immediately got our attention with some great advice and knowledge. We could see that he offered an impressive level of professionalism and experience which gave us the confidence that he would be an outstanding partner to work with.

Dane reacts very quickly to market trends and buying behaviors. Right before listing, he advised us to increase our sell price as he could see that the demand in our area was beginning to spike. This increased sell price seemed like a stretch to us, however, we ended up accepting an offer that was above and beyond what we ever thought that our house could sell for. We never would have made the decision to list at that price without Dane’s expertise.

On a personal level, Dane is kind, down to earth, has a great sense of humor and is very easy to work with. He always made us feel comfortable even selling our home during the COVID pandemic. He was sensitive to the fact that we have high risk family members and was always respectful in wearing his mask around us. You can tell that Dane has meticulous attention to detail as he helped us stage our house. He went out of his way to buy us some new lighting and offered other great staging items to help us put our best foot forward.

Dane is a true real estate expert who goes the extra mile in his work. At the same time, you can see that he is a devoted family man and truly cares about helping other families like ours. If you are looking for someone with the whole package, we 100% recommend working with Dane Stenson. He is a true class act and we are incredibly thankful to have crossed paths.

My husband and I were moving cross-country and needed to find something fast in a hot area with low inventory. I attempted to work with several realtors before finding Dane. Others seemed like they had more important things to do and I never felt like they truly understood our situation or what we really needed. Dane's interpersonal skills shined in his ability to get a clear sense of what our family was about and saved us a lot of valuable time getting to the heart of our needs. While he is super professional (even wearing a suit and tie in the heat of summer while he toured us six houses all over town) he is also very practical, down to earth, and fun to work with! He managed to make a very stressful time for us enjoyable and ultimately easy. He always made his schedule work to accomodate us and even called us while on vacation to ensure everything was going smoothly. We were also a tough job at the start, being out of state, but he still made us feel like we were there showing us houses through video and displaying his wide knowledge of basically everything that has to do with houses top to bottom. He has extreme attention to detail, and will be completely honest where he sees faults. Once we picked out our house, he negotiated the price down and took care of everything he possibly could. He even gifted our family with a zoo membership and brought bubbles for our kids at closing. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
