I’ve had such a great experience. The receptionist Gloria really made me feel welcomed. Like any typical place for myself I’m always very shy and speak a few words. This receptionist named above was able to make me feel right at home and even showed me a few storage units. Gloria not only had great customer services she was also caring and just a wonderful friendly spirited person to be around. Thank you Extra storage for hiring such amazing staff.

Gloria the lady in the front desk helped my wife and I find our new storage unit. She took the time to take us all the way there. She was extremely helpful and very nice! Awesome customer service overall.

I've been using this service for years now. I've had bad experiences but overall, the company has been pretty good to me. There is room for improvement. Some of the drivers are not good at dealing with sick people, luckily I'm not bad off, so this isn't a problem for me. I would recommend them.
