  I just got my car back, and I'm very impressed with it, as well as the quality of customer service. They allowed me to use a loaner in the meantime while they were getting parts. The loaner worked really well. It came in handy big time. My job requires me to travel around the southeast Wisconsin area, and this past week I was at accounts stretching 4 counties. I would have had to miss out on almost 2 weeks worth of pay, or possibly lose my job, had they not offered this service. Highly recommend!

  Dieter and Rory are great mechanics and go beyond helping me get back on the road. Randy is an awesome owner and keeps a clean shop. I’ve been going to them since they started, some 15 yrs ago.

  Dieter and his team go above and beyond to make this the best experience in automotive repair in the area. They have done everything for me from an oil change to an engine swap. Most recently, Deiter stayed until 7:15 on a Friday night to get my water pump replaced. They go above and beyond at a value that is unbeatable. Don’t hesitate to do business with them. You won’t be disappointed.

  Had an excellent experience. Needed a tow due to a failed serpentine belt tensioner on a Friday night. Was given a loaner while repairs were done so that our weekend plans would not be ruined. Had the car done in time for us to return home and at an amazing price. If you are in the area and need auto repair.. This is the place to go!

  I seriously love this company!! The customer service is amazing, and they always make me feel valued as a customer. I never worry about any repairs made to my vehicle because after working with them for several years I am totally confident in their services, and unlike most auto repair shops I have been too. I dont feel like they are trying to make money off me but help me fix my problem as quickly and thoroughly as possible. I have also purchased several vehicles from Lighthouse Auto and am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the vehicles and the best prices I have ever seen for used cars! I would definitely recommend doing business with them!
