TruSense Fire Safety

One of the fire alarms was beeping this morning, batteries were dying. I texted him and he responded right away. He was here as soon as he could. Guy showed up within hours. I was expecting to wait a couple of days, because I know everyone is busy. He showed up and checked all the batteries throughout the house and replaced the ones that needed it. He takes good care of us. Thanks Guy.

Always amazing service from Guy!!

Guy sold us a system a few years ago and I almost didn’t get it. It seemed expensive compared to the disposable/useless stuff in the stores, but wanted the safest/best for my family. Guy not only sold the system but knew the appropriate placement they NEED to be placed. He helped move our system to another house at no cost. The other night I had our wood burner going, wife and I downstairs with our two kids sleeping upstairs. The alarm went off, went upstairs and smoke was slightly coming out from around a cap in chimney in our room, I shut all air to wood burner right away. The system went off soon enough that we could not only get out safely, but the fire department was able to get here and set up just as the fire was picking up. They were able to stop it before any property damage was done. If it would have been detected any later things would have been way worse. I still have my family, house and everything we own because of the system. Cheap labor isn’t good, good labor isn’t cheap. Same for safety equipment. Looking back, it was worth every penny and then some! Thank you Guy! (He also educated my kid on fire safety/ evacuation planning)
