Cedarburg Bog State Natural Area

It's pretty easy to miss the parking but not hard To turn around and get there. 2 main trails through the bog both pretty well maintained definitely worth stopping for a hike

Nice wide easy tails with awesome views of the bog. Alot of wildlife all-around!

I did some snowshoeing at this location. This was the first time I hiked this area, it was an easy short hike!
I enjoyed seeing the photo information plaques throughout the area!!
Interesting to read about what you see throughout your hike.
I will definitely be back here to hike again.

We discovered Cedarburg Bog yesterday. What a hidden gem, only a few miles from our Town of Cedarburg home. Thanks to the volunteers for all of their efforts!

It is a short distance to walk but it took this plant geek better than 2 hours to walk what others are saying is a 20 minute walk. Floristicly, it is an amazing bog. There is active restoration being done to keep it a healthy ecosystem. Its a place to walk slow and appreciate the wonders of the natural environment! If you are looking for a place with a long hike, go somewhere else.
