Very helpful staff. I am sorry this theatre is closing . Another example of big corporations not carrying about people.

So I love this theatre because it’s seems like not many people know about it. My daughter and I went today 6/13 at 1pm and there were only 3 people in the theater. My Daughter, me, and this obnoxious old man who answered his phone during the movie. Not once, but twice, constantly checking his phone, and just being loud and rude. I confront him after asking nicely to turn his phone off in respect to others, and we got in a name calling heated argument. This theatre is notorious for these type of people. 2 months ago my wife and daughter had the same experience, only with rude teenagers. It’s obviously not the theatres fault which is why they still get 5 stars. Also if Marcus Theatre sees this post, my daughter accidentally threw away my fast and the furious X cup, during the confrontation. I would love a replacement please.

Emma is great! Maddie (manager) was great too! And the blonde-haired employee (forgot her name) was great too! First time coming here and super courteous and helped me with my inquiry. Movie was weird but cool too lol 😊

Such a lovely theater. Very friendly and helpful staff. The refreshments were tasty. I like the self service beverage station, so I can get just the right amount of ice and mix my favorite flavors. The whole place looked well maintained and super clean. Nice touch with Kleenex in the ladies room.
