(May 28, 2021, 8:12 am)I love this bank! The "Bank Ladies" at the Ellsworth branch are friendliest and most helpful staff you will ever encounter. Margaret and Traci from the mortgage loan department are amazing too. We recently decided to take advantage of the current low rates, and they made the refinance process so easy and turned it around SO quickly, I'm honestly shocked. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!
