Had to switch a appointment due to part (shipped by vendor) not arriving on time. Office team extremely kind and accommodating. Plumber that came out was a super nice guy-went above and beyond. Overall the cost of the call was less than anticipated.

Knowledgeable workers from the gentlemen making our quote, the contact at the office, and the workers on the job site. They asked questions to make sure they understood our wants, were on time, cleaned the site up, and did a great job. We were very happy.

We had a crew of two come to our condo to replace our furnace and air conditioning systems. They were on time, very efficient, they knew exactly what they were doing, and worked extremely hard, especially in difficult heat conditions. They were outstanding representatives of the company, very respectful and friendly

From a previous experience a year ago where another contractor said I needed to replace my air conditioner and Comfort by Design gave me a free second opinion that it was still okay, I had confidence that they weren't trying to push me to buy something I didn't need this time. This year, the AC started tripping out the circuit breaker occasionally, so I figured it was time to replace it. They were able to come out the next week to install the new system. I also opted to replace the furnace since it was 18 years old and would probably need replacement in the next few years. Other factors in deciding to replace the furnace were an upgraded furnace would increase the efficiency of the AC and they were was a significant discount when installing both.

Sales team and installers worked together. I replaced my 25 yoa a/c heat pump and gas furnace with Daikin FIT system. Knowledgeable sales and installation staff. Very responsive team.
