(September 3, 2022, 1:21 pm)I have always gone to vibrant health. The receptionists are very helpful and nice. I have been seeing Dr pesavento for about 3 years now. She has gone above and beyond for me on many occasions. And when she can't help she will find someone who can. She is always friendly, and spends the time she needs with me. I feel she genuinely cares for her patients.
(July 21, 2022, 1:03 pm)Update: putting back to 5 stars but seriously the bills coming from corporate need better information. They could have just told me Medicaid reclaimed money because I had two insurances.

Just received billing statements from as far as March of last year. I was completely covered on SSI-WI Medicaid. I'm now after over a year being charged?
Great people working. Front desk is amazing. Terrible at billing.

They have a new location in the same structure as Family Fresh which is a much more comfortable place to visit.

Maybe it changed when it became fairview,but they have a Very nice staff and Dr. Zimmerman has been the best practitioner I have had to date. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a family practitioner or primary doctor to see. Dr. Zimmerman and the fairview river falls clinic.
