Very kind and understanding. Stays in contact really well. I love how they make me feel like they care about my pets. They are open and honest and I'm glad they were recommended to me.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Scheduling is easy and we never have to wait too long to get in, whether for a vaccine appointment or urgent situations. After care is also fantastic - our dog had to have surgery and they answered all of our questions and checked in with us a few days later to answer any additional questions that we had encountered.

I have been very happy with my experiences at Osceola Veterinary Service. I find the front desk staff very knowledgeable, quick to help, and friendly. The veterinary technicians are very helpful as well. They strike a great balance of being personable, quick, and honest with their assessments. I have really enjoyed getting detailed emails of my pet’s visit and medical history. They also have great extended hours. I would highly recommend!
