(January 18, 2020, 2:37 pm)I highly recommend working with Daina. I have done many at home dieting/shakes etc but nothing worked. I love how Daina sets realistic goals and helps you get to them. Even if I fall off the bandwagon she gets me right on track and never makes me feel bad about it. She has taught me it’s not about losing weight necessarily but making life changes that I can maintain. I could go on and on but she really is the best!
