Great place to work with knowledgeable employees and staff
My Aunt ordered a generator from them in August of 2020. She paid half down in November, which was $4,600. Shewas told multiple times that it would be here on a certain date and it never arrived. She is still waiting for it, it is now April of 2021. She has no idea if she will even get it.
I received a telephone call from NEI concerning my review. So I felt that I should update it. Van, who called me, was very pleasant and explained what is going on. It seems that the generac company who is supplying the generator is at fault here. They keep putting the arrival date off. I was assured that NEI is on top of it, and they are going to keep in contact with me. I changed my 1 star rating to a 3 star and I am sure that as soon as the generator is installed I will come back to give them more stars.
The generator was installed and I am happy to say that Van at NEI was very good at communicating with me during the last few weeks. The problems with this transaction stemmed from the company who made the generator, and also the shipping company which lost the first one.
