“Everyone here is always helpful and knowledgeable about any question I ask. I take both my cats and dog here, and they always give me different treatment options for whatever the problem is. They never push anything on me that's optional- just offer it and maybe recommend it if it may be a problem in the future. The service is always prompt, appropriate, and what is asked for or needed. I've never met the owner, but one time I went in there were cookies available and I was told they were made by the owner. So I think they care about the buisness quite a bit.”
