(February 24, 2019, 12:07 am)This was my first time financing a car. I was terrified to do it. Calvin was my salesman and was awesome. He wasn’t pushy at all and took the time to listen. He knew what my budget was and only showed me what I was willing to spend and not a penny more. With me not having a long credit history things weren’t running quickly but he assured me I would be leaving with the car I wanted. By 9pm i was signing my papers and being congratulated by everyone there. It was a great experience and couldn’t be more happy. As I left I was told welcome to the family. Such a warm and welcoming place. Thank you!
(February 19, 2019, 5:11 pm)Michelle Duchow assisted us with our purchase of a new 2019 Toyota C-HR. She was EXTREMELY helpful with every step of the process. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We never felt pressured or rushed and left knowing we made the purchase we wanted, rather than the one we were steered towards. She even stayed late (almost an hour after closing) to get everything wrapped up and make sure we were completely satisfied. I'd gladly recommend Racine Toyota, and Michelle specifically, to anyone looking for a new car purchase.
(February 8, 2019, 10:39 am)I never thought I would have a dealship make me feel like part of the family. I had Anthony help me pick out a Camry and I couldn’t be happier. Anthony is indicative of a great culture created at this dealership. They made sure I was guided from point A to Z when buying my first new car. Even the people in the shop have been great.
