Thank you Bernie, Peter and Joel for a experience that has set the bar very high against other stores around!!

The experience here at Root River was one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a product.

My first visit I stopped into inquire about lessons for my wife and I. I felt very welcome as Peter and Joel both greeted me when I walked in. It took all the intimidation away when l walking into a very specialized dedicated store for archery in comparison of shopping at the big box store for archery. Joel was very attentive and took my contact for the lessons and told me I would be contacted by Gabrielle soon to get in the schedule.

Well as the next couple weeks went on, I figured I enjoyed my experience that I would go back and purchase a new Hoyt. Before I committed to going in again I called to check the stock of the model that I wanted. I spoke with a gentleman named Bernie and he took the time to discuss the inventory and my overall needs of what I wanted. I knew from this point this was the place to purchase my new bow.

Following the phone call, I had several questions that came up so I figured I would message the Root River fb page for the information I needed. I got a response right away and it was off hours which I was very impressed that the admin took the time to connect with me at that time of the evening.

That next day I went to the store to go pick out all my accessories for the ventum pro. During that time I was again greeted right away by Peter who took some basic information from me and got me going to test shoot the ventum. Following the shoot, Bernie took over and spent time taking me through the rest and sights I needed. Once I had all the base items picked out we tentatively scheduled a pick up date for the bow.

I was called to come in for my delivery with Peter and a Joel the day we scheduled. I felt that every step of the delivery process was very personal to the staff at Root River to make sure that they met all my needs. Truthfully they exceeded my needs and expectations.

All in all, if you need service, support or a place to buy your archery gear, this is the place to go!

Easily the best place to take your bow to. Customer service is fantastic and the staff really know what they are talking about. I recently bought a new bow from them and they set it up right away. I will continue to use this bow shop for many years to come.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. No sales people trying to sell you something you don't need. Everybody is honest and isn't afraid to speak the truth even if it means not selling a part. If only all companies worked this way.

The staff at root river is very welcoming and happy to make time for you. They pride themselves in great customer service and quality work. Wouldn’t take my bow anywhere else!

Incredible service. Helped me select a bow/equipment, and tune it in while they were in the process of moving their store. Easily could’ve have said they were too busy, but still gladly helped me.
