Very happy with Boucher and the Boucher employees. They worked with us to get the car we wanted. Ruby and Brandon were great 👍 Also have to commend the quick service oil change. They were fast and friendly. Even washed my car. Have purchased two vehicles and both my wife and I are very satisfied with Boucher.

I came here looking to lease a new car after going to a Russ Darrow and having the absolute worst and discouraging experience. I met with Patricia here at Frank Boucher who was absolutely incredible. She worked hard to get me into the car of my dreams. I felt she actually heard me in terms of things I was looking for in a vehicle as well as the budget I was looking to fit in. Patricia's communication is exceptional. Throughout the entire process she kept me up to date when my car was built and shipped and when it arrived. She even followed up after I took my car home to ensure everything was as I had hoped. Patricia exceeded my expectations and changed my perception on car sales. Before working with Patricia I was discouraged and frustrated as I was struggling to find the perfect car for me. After working with her, I found the car of my dreams, I feel I have the tools to operate my car to its fullest extent with its amazing features, and I felt refreshed as if a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I would recommend Patricia to literally everyone I know who is looking at purchasing a vehicle.

We were out looking on Labor Day with no real thought we would be moving forward with buying a car right away. We stopped at one location and the prices were $5K more than what was online, waited over 30 minutes for the sales person we were told would be helping us and then he only ran out as we were in our car leaving, and they only had white. We decided what the heck, lets make the ride out to Racine. Boy was that the right choice! We were met by Bill Perez right away, no high pressure, prices were starting at what we were expecting. Test drove my favorite 2023 Mazda CX-5 in Soul Red. We decided that day we were moving forward. They worked with us to be sure everything would be ready for our pick up that Thursday. Even that was a good experience. The team there were all so personable and engaging. Of course topping that list was our sales consultant Bill that led us from step 1 through pulling out of the lot. Even a follow up email the next week while he was on vacation just to be sure everything was going well. A great experience and I would highly recommend!

Great price, very friendly. Great vehicle. Only issues I have is with the key and the rims. The car only came with one key, they are reaching out to the previous owner to get the other key (not sure why they didn't do this before listing the car for sale). 3 of the rims have some mild curb rash on them, they said if I wanted it to be fixed I would have to get the wheels and rim warranty for $1700. I was hoping this could be fixed by the dealership considering a body shop can do this for well under that amount. I can't give them 5 stars but I would buy from them again. LT, on the other hand, is a great salesman and deserves recognition on a job well done!

We had the best experience at Frank Boucher of Racine! Screaming thank the powers that be we got Ruby Munoz as our sales rep! I walked in to the dealership and while waiting in a long line at the front desk, she politely asked if I needed help from her desk. It was a very stressful time in our family's life as my son and I had just got into a crash a few days prior. I told her I was looking for something used with certain qualities and she immediately went to find what would suit my needs best. She came up with a few options, let me test drive them then understood I needed to go over them with my wife. We made an appointment for 3-4 days later so my wife could join and we could agree on a vehicle. We decided on the 2019 KIA Sorento, which she again let us test drive several to get a feel on what to expect at different levels of pricing. We found the one we loved and it's all thanks to Ruby Munoz which gave us the Easiest, Convenient and Most Comfortable car buying situation I have ever had. *Note* I have bought 1 new car and 5 used ones for myself and have went with family to buy over 7 new and 3 used with them in my lifetime. Overall experience was amazing! Thanks again Ruby Munoz!
