The day my furnace went out I called a few companies up and these guys were able to get out to my house the same day and gave me a fair price and got it in the same day. Overall very pleased with their services ???? Thanks J&E
J & E Heating and Cooling is the best! My furnace stopped working on a cold Sunday late afternoon. I called and immediately they contacted a Service Tech to be at our home within 30 minutes. He was extremely friendly and immediately assessed the situation. He informed us he would need to get a major part first thing in the morning. He provided a couple space heaters for us to use. First thing in the morning he drove an hour away with non plowed streets after a snow storm to get the part. He called an reassured us he will be there to fix it. Matt did a great job and has great customer service! I would recommend everyone to use this company. Thank you Zulma and Junior!
Got home from work on a cold day in winter. The friendly dispatcher had someone to my house within an hour. The professional and honest technician was not able to solve it that night, but went back to the shop and brought me a couple of space heaters to use for the evening. The next day, he returned early in the morning and had the furnace working quickly. Feel fortunate I found them, wish all companies would treat their customer this way...highly recommended.
Wonderful customer service and quality work! Dan and Matt came out to replace my furnace and were very professional, curtious and friendly. They removed the old furnace, put in the new one and removed all the trash. They also walked me through how to use my new thermostat. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing heating issues.
They just finished installing a new boiler and I can't rate them high enough. Polite, courteous, efficient, they did a professional job and cleaned up well. I'm disabled and sometimes not comfortable with strangers coming and going but they were all that I could hope for. They were in and out quietly, were on time and finished up right on schedule.
