(March 26, 2021, 11:06 pm)I called to set up some estimates for home improvements. I was telling Tony about some repairs I needed done but I was in no hurry to get them done. It could wait until our appointment. When he heard that my front door was broke and did not shut securely, he came out within the hour and had it repaired. That is REAL Customer Service!!! I am still so thankful. I highly recommend them!
(February 6, 2021, 2:40 pm)Tony, the owner of Cardinal Restore & Construct, Inc, is prompt, knowledgeable, professional and reliable. In addition he is cheerful, helpful and kind. He was recommended to us by our Erie Insurance adjustor. They worked seamlessly to make our remodel financially possible. We had a sewage backup that compromised our walls, living room floor and bathroom. Tony and his crew worked swiftly to remove mold and sewage damage to make our home safe. He guided us in what type of new products we could use to restore our home. He made sure we had access to people who were specialists in their own trade. He worked closely with us and made sure our requests and preferences were included. We are thrilled with our new remodel. We could not have selected a more qualified Company and Owner than Tony.

He was the only person I could find to repair my carpet because it was a small job and I had a hard time finding someone to repair it. I talked to him and he was able to repair and did a great job! I really appreciate that he does quality work no matter the size.
(November 19, 2020, 7:41 pm)We asked this company to replace a window at a home we are currently selling. They performed the service professionally, promptly, and with excellent craftsmanship. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience at a reasonable rate.
