The staff have been consistently professional, friendly, respectful yet easy to speak with, and knowledgeable. I have felt my issues addressed with care and supported with follow up services as needed. Only one time did I wait for more than 15 minutes, on a Saturday afternoon. They actually seem to have quite an efficient system in place. The setting is clean and comfortable. I am very grateful that such dependable, quality care has been available when I needed it.”
