Organized store, clean store too. Friendly staff member who was helpful. Already recommended this store to some of my friends
They have everything for my pup. Employees are very knowledgeable and they wear masks! I love it here!
They have everything at this store!! I love this place!! They even gave us a cool bag of samples to try!!
My dog an I absolutely adore this place. The employees are understanding and very helpful, and they all are comfortable when you bring your pets in the store. I don't go to any other pet store for my dog's treats and chewbones because even though this store is small, they have everything you need and more! When you're at checkout, the employees will also try to find the best way for you to save money and you can occasionally get free tester items like treats or a tennis ball. SAVE YOUR MONEY AT THE BIG PET STORES AND TAKE A TRIP OVER HERE!!!! You won't regret it!
There's so much variety packed into this small store! I started shopping here after reading about the quality products that they carry and how they don't carry junk dog food. I love that I can go in and I don't have to analyze ingredients on every single item to determine if it's poison or healthy for my beloved dogs.
The staff is very friendly. I had a sick dog that wouldn't eat and they were very helpful with giving me samples to try and ideas and tips on other products and ways to get him to eat. I would expect all this to come at a higher price tag than the other local and chain pet stores. Whoever, that's not the case at all. Their prices are about the same and quite often even lower than all the other stores. On top of the already good prices, they often have sales and specials that include free and fun goodies for my pets. Plus they do community events like adoption events and free information sessions/classes that include dog participation (example: K9 nose work).
Bentley's may be one of the smallest pet stores in my town, however it's the only one I'll ever need to shop at from now on.
Side note: they also carry varieties of treats and food with exotic meats like crocodile and kangaroo. (Which apparently it's good for dogs and cats that have a lot of allergy problems.)
