“This place is a mess. After waiting for 40 minutes they indicated I would need to wait longer. ( Even though when I got there was only one other person in the office. 20 minutes later, every seat was filled )They schedule 3-4 people for the SAME appointment time and tell me I have to request to not have anyone else scheduled with me. What!? When I complained and told them I had another appointment they indicated that all doctors offices make you wait and I would have to reschedule if I couldn't wait. (It's a common practice to notify your doctor is you've been waiting more than 15 minutes. Furthermore , they let you know if your doctor is running behind.) They NEVER said the doctor was running behind. In fact, the exact opposite . The Nurse told the receptionist to take my vitals right away and get me in. Yea. The receptionist takes your vitals and runs your drug test. (Side note, you have to drug test every appointment, this is the only facility that makes you do that) Anyway, they both forgot I was there in the hurried response to the 10 people that showed up for the same appointment time. I don't live in a group home, why would I be schedule at the same time as them? The only available day to reschedule was the day I have surgery which would leave me unavailable for 4 weeks and would be unable to to make it. The heavily botoxed nurse knew she was 100% in the wrong and walked away offering no resolution and without my medication. I had been a patient with them for five years, taking the same medications. In that 5 years I had 8 different doctors, 7 different different nurses and at least 20 different receptionists. Even if it's the last place on earth, don't go here. They have no respect for their patients. Every. single. time I was there, they've had an issue with a patient.”
