(July 6, 2017, 6:55 pm)We hired Marathon to remediate the mold in our attic. Our house is on the market and an inspector said there was possible mold on the ceiling of the attic. It's very common and benign but it was scaring potential buyers so we called 4 companies for quotes. Craig from Marathon was great, he was a no nonsense guy who explained that anyone who wouldn't give you a quote over the phone for this type of project was going to charge too much. And sure enough, Marathon came in at half the cost of the lowest bid. They did a great job, the attic looks like new, and they guarantee the mold won't return for two years (also a better guarantee than two of the other contractors). We were very pleased.
