I've taken two aerial yoga classes as well as had a massage here with much success. Elizabeth does relaxing massage and yoga/meditation classes. Jessika offers aerial yoga classes for all ages as well as different yoga techniques and mediation guidance. Theres also tai chi Sunday mornings. Check out this hidden gem!!”
