“Great movers! My father worked with Merchants for years to transport manufactured goods and had an excellent working relationship them, so recommended them to me for a residential move from NJ to WI. It turned out to be a challenging move for Merchants and they could not have handled it better. One of the movers, when he arrived in NJ was suffering from a terrible toothache that had come up during the drive from out-of-state. Poor guy, in so much pain. I arranged for him to be seen by my dentist on an emergency basis the next morning. They took care of him and I expected that he would take at least a couple hours off after the procedure, but he pushed ahead and put in a full day, despite the discomfort. I had European furniture that needed to be disassembled. It took significantly longer than expected, but the movers kept at it, working until nearly 10pm to get it all done. And they didn't charge extra, staying with the original price quoted. The drive from NJ to WI was in a snow storm. There were similar trucks in ditches along the way, but my Merchants team made it safely to WI with all my worldly possessions. At the destination I needed part of the load to be dropped at a residence and the rest of the load to be stored in the Merchant storage facility. They took the combination delivery in stride, separating the load without a hitch. My things were in storage at their facility for two years and when they finally delivered everything to my new home, there was not a single broken, scratched or otherwise damaged item. This despite there being a fair amount of glass, ceramics, unusual furniture and artwork in the load. Working with Merchants was a dream, from start to finish. Excellent communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend.”

“The are able to work miracles. I bought a dress from Chic Prom in Raleigh and they over charged me for the dress. Then they were supposed to order a new dress in a size 6 and alter it to my daughter's size 0 and charged me for that. Chic prom lied about ordering the a size 6 they went in there back room and altered a size 8 but never refunded my rush delivery fee. The alterations for her dress from Chic prom was a mess. If it wasn't for Nidia Bridal Boutique I would have cried bc of the bad experience I had with Chic Prom. Big difference with Nidia, I thank this company for everything they have done to revive and save my daughter's dress. Her sweet 16 is on Saturday.”

“I recently used the dog wash station. I was impressed that a variety of shampoos were available (tearless, flea and tick). There is a conditioner that is amazing! My dog's coat is so soft and shiny. There is a blow dryer for the finishing step. My dog is timid with new people and she was comfortable with me bathing her vs. a groomer doing it. The elevated station is great on the back as well.I will be using this station from now on. The price is reasonable and should you need more time, you can purchase it.”
