Edgerton Hospital and Health Services

I love going here. Everyone is exceptionally caring, understanding, helpful. I just can’t say enough. This is the only place I ever want to go.

This Hospital is a very special place. All the Staff is very Friendly and very Professional with their treatment. The Nurses keep you informed on all your medications and explain all procedures.
The Food is so good it is like ordering from a fine Restaurant with a complete menu. The Rooms are so nice & keep clean everyday.
There is a Healing Garden with a large Pond and with so many Beautiful flowers Just out side the Hospital. I can't think of a Better Place to go if your in need of a newly Modern Hospital. Jim

My dad was admitted for their rehab services and swing bed capability following brain surgery that ended up with a serious infection from, requiring 24/7 IVs. He had been in two Madison hospitals and a rehab facility.

The care in Madison's facilities was good, but they are understaffed, overworked, and in the thick of covid... It was the best it could be. One visitor per day at each place.

When he was able to go to Edgerton, just over the county line, the restrictions was looser and he could have two visitors at a time....And his grandkids could talk to them through his ground floor, slightly opened window. This made a world of difference in his recovery.

The rooms were spacious, staff was very accommodating and friendly. We could even have meals with him in their common area.

Being there for nearly a month, the staff made him feel welcome and I truly believe they ALL helped in his recovery, right down to the housekeeping staff. Taking time to get to know him and treat him like a person instead of just another case, made a huge impact on him. By the time he left he knew everyone's story!

Even after going home we had some issues and the pharmacist was more than happy to assist us.

In the 68 day ordeal and 4 facilities later, I cannot say anything bad about any of the facilities, but I can without a doubt, say that Edgerton was the BEST rehab/swing bed facility!
