I came in contact with Symdon because they had a model of truck in stock that I could come see and test drive. While it wasn't he exact trim I had in mind, I could get a feel for it. I met with Brian from the dealership and had a great experience. He seemed genuinely interested in listening and getting to know me, a trait that seems lost in today's world. I admit I initially left thinking I wouldn't likely purchase through a dealer 30+ miles away from me. Meanwhile, I was also looking at other (local to me) dealerships and wasn't receiving the same treatment. I came back to Symdon and met with Kevin, who worked with me to locate an exact trim vehicle i was interested in while providing countless trim revisions and pricing worksheet options. While I was in the process/holding period of deciding over a week, Kevin was able to obtain the exact trim options/vehicle (no down payment yet from me) which showed me they were serious about my business and my interests. They offered a fair trade price for my existing vehicle (though I sold private) and I felt the deal was upfront with my GM pricing/incentives. During the purchase process, I wasn't bombarded with warranties or extras, it was quite satisfying all around. Without a doubt, this has been my most painless and satisfying car purchase to date. Upon entering Symdon's we were greeted by a knowledgeable and welcoming young man. Although we asked for Kevin, this young man continued to provide us with information and answer our questions, knowing that Kevin, who was finishing up with one customer, would ultimately be our salesman. This shows just how these salesmen work as a team and put the customer first. Our wait was short and once Kevin was available he immediately asked a series of questions that helped us narrow our vehicle search. He informed us of a model I knew nothing about, the 2021 Trailblazer. Once he pulled it around for us to examine, I knew that was my car for me. I was impressed with how Kevin knew about every feature the vehicle had to offer. I also appreciate how while answering each of these questions, he never used high-pressure tactics, something that many car salesmen are famous for. Kevin was knowledgeable about not only the features of the car, but also about the incentives available to provide discounts off the purchase price. In fact, he saved me an additional $1,000 with the Costco GM discount available to members, something I knew nothing about. Once we negotiated a fair price for both my new car and my trade in, I appreciate how the financial manager quickly and efficiently processed the paperwork so that I could be on my way. The last comment Kevin made to me was, "Feel free to call me if you have any questions about your new car." That statement sums up the Symdon dealership...friendly, fair, and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership!

Just bought a New Equinox Premium from here. We were Extremely happy with Brian an Ed..they were very professional an completely delivered. We cannot express how happy we are with the customer service. Brian and Ed worked extremely hard to get us what we needed and saved us money and into a great car.
