We had a low voltage issue at a rental house and the sump pump was critical to keep the basement from flooding. Dimitri came out within 45 minutes after being called at 4:00 pm and helped to start diagnosing the problem before Alliant came out to help. He is coming out at 9:00 the next morning to get us a new box on the power pole. Above and beyond service!!!

Had no power at my house. Called and left a Voicemail at 8 pm. Demetri called back within the hour and was able to come out first thing in the morning with the new breaker disconnect box and got everything up and running! Great guy!

Ultimate Power Electric LLC has been able to accommodate and adjust in any way needed for my project. Ultimate Power and Electric are extremely professional, personable and easy to work with. They have been very accommodating, willing to do the job as it would make my life easier. Even if the job or installing required to a little more effort they did not hesitate.
