Harding Acupuncture & Massage

I have been going to Tom for massages for over 6 years. I had tried 2 other local places prior to my first visit with Tom, and Tom is by far the most professional, and has the deepest knowledge of massage and acupuncture in the Madison area. His skills are superb, and he tunes in to exactly what I need most for massage therapy relief at each visit. I highly recommend him to everyone I know! He's the very best!

My doctor urged me to consider massage and acupuncture several years ago to help treat my migraines, neck/shoulder pain, vertigo and anxiety. I took her advice, and found Tom and I haven't looked back. Acupuncture and massage has truly changed my life for the better. Tom is one of the most intuitive acupuncturists and massage therapists I've ever worked with. He has an uncanny way of finding just the spot that needs attention without even palpating around to find it. There is a gentle strength he brings to his practice. I also really value that Tom helps me look at the deeper layers of things. How what may be going on in my heart, mind, or spirit may be influencing what I am feeling in my body, and energy system. He really wants to help people get to the source of the matter. Tom is also very humble, and honest, and I trust that what I see is what I get with him. I know the safety I have felt because of that has helped me heal in many ways.

I was a mess when I first saw Tom. The left side of my body was so damaged. I had neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain and sciatica. I hurt so much I could barely function or work my two jobs. Tom isolated where my pain was coming from and worked on each area individually and together to help me obtain relief and reduce inflammation. After several sessions, I was able to move better and work without so much pain. I went to doctors and took medication, but Tom's treatments gave me the best results. He helped me so much. I went in to see Tom holding my right hand because my right shoulder couldn't support the weight. I had never had massage therapy or acupuncture before. The results speak for themselves. I have full mobility of my shoulder, my strength is back and I am pain free!! I was told surgery was the only way to go, but after knowing several people that have had bad experiences with shoulder surgery, I tell everyone I meet to give Tom a try before going under the knife. I can't thank him enough for the difference he's made in my life!!
