(January 23, 2023, 3:53 pm)I had an unfortunate incident with a hit and run and Bob Clapper was there to help me through the whole process to get my van towed to their shop and fixed in a very timely manner (done earlier than they said). They showed confidence in dealing with the insurance and rental company I went through for the claim. Once my vehicle was at Bob Clapper, everything was smooth sailing.
The Foreman on the floor was friendly in answering my questions upon pick up and the manager Josh was always available to answer any questions and made sure things ran smoothly. I am truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail.

Customer service is excellent, quality of work is outstanding, and work was done on time. I can’t recommend this place high enough. The manager Josh Kooiman provided outstanding service.
