Mindy and her staff are very friendly and helpful. She has a lot of useful resources to help plan for the cost of care, and truly wants to help people get the care they need. Mindy Ochs, franchise owner is a remarkable woman who is very intuitive when it comes to what her clients needs are. Her staff is well trained, are polite and well organized to ensure clients receive proper attention to their needs. Home Instead employee's are educated in safety, care needs, the various Dementia's and Alzheimer's, supporting clients and their family members in a wide variety of ways. True attention to detail with customer service in mind!
