I had to come home to Janesville for a funeral and I chose to stay at the Baymont. I am very happy that I did. All of the staff was friendly, but Jodie at the front desk was so much more. She was understanding and sympathetic and really made me feel like she cared. Anything I needed she took care of with a smile. I really appreciated the way her and the staff treated me at a very difficult time.

When I checked in to hotel the employee at the front desk was very sweet. I was early for check-in and they had a room ready to go. We travel with our cat , The employee check in even had a little gift bag for my cat full of treats. Rooms were clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. If I ever come back through the area I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome.
