I purchased multiple pairs of the War Torn gloves. They fit great, are durable, and handle colder weather better than other offerings. On par with their product is the Customer Service. They are responsive and absolutely take care of their customers. I recommend them to all my shooting buddies without reservation!

I do not normally post reviews. I experienced a material defect with the VIKTOS Johnny Combat winter boots. The soles were coming apart from the boot. I contacted the service department and within a day they resolved the issue under warranty. The process was hassle-free. I am impressed with their products and will continue to support this American-based company.

I purchased a pair of Trenchfoot shoes in Multicam. I wore them for 2 days. They were extremely comfortable, however, a small tear formed near the rear pull tab. I contacted customer service and sent them a picture of the defect. They sent out a new pair the same day. Viktos, your customer service is on point. Give those people a raise!
