(March 7, 2023, 3:14 pm)Ordered a dog coat for my moms dog. Ended up being too small for him, our fault really for not sizing up on a close measurement. Tried to return and company sent one out right away, no questions asked and said we could donate the small one to the local humane society or ASPCA. What a great company, thanks gemplers! New one fits perfect.

I am here in Seattle, Wa and I don't always find what I need here, and have to run around to different places. Here I can get good quality boots to Silky saw blades all in one place at pretty good prices!
(January 15, 2023, 11:26 am)I ordered a jacket from this company on a whim. This particular jacket was out of stock at every local shop I searched. I did receive emails stating that my jacket was on back order and after waiting a few weeks I called customer service to cancel my order. I spoke to Tim Steinhauer. Tim was so friendly and eager to assist. It just so happened that my jacket arrived to the shop that day and he called me back to let me know. It was shipped out immediately. I received it 2 days later & I couldn’t be happier with my purchase :)

I made an error when I ordered, called and customer service was great. I even received a free hat that I was able to choose for spending over a certain amount. Great store👍👍

She was fantastic. she answered all my questions and even guided me in the right direction for newer products that I should have used for years. Great work Carrie. I wish you the best of luck!
