I had a situation pop up out of the blue and last minute. Thankfully everybody there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to get me going right away. Josh made sure everything was properly taken care of before I left (despite the frigid temperature and wind). Highly recommend!

I love this salon. They have very professional stylist who take time to do your hair right. They always have great promotions and coupons. So prices are affordable.

Needed a new battery for my 99 EZGO Golf Car. BPB's web site was easy to maneuver and offered a discount on an already good battery price simply by ordering on line and picking up at a local store. A couple of hours after I placed my order I received an e-mail to come and pick-up my battery. The Janesville store staff was friendly and efficient, I can't think of anything that would have made this purchase better. I would recommend BPB's and will shop there again.

Very happy with the service. All are friendly and helpful there. I especially like Norma who did a fabulous job cutting, coloring and highlighting my hair.
