My husband has gotten his last 2 vehicles with Burtness, so it was no surprise to us that purchasing my vehicle was going to be a good experience too. Matt did a nice job recommending other vehicles as possible purchases, but ultimately we went with the original vehicle we saw. I appreciate being able to take it home to test drive a little longer to get the feel for it. I tend to overthink when buying new items, so it put me at ease to be allowed that privilege. Thanks again to everyone at the dealership. We really like our new purchase.

Jared, Lance, and Mike where friendly quick and informative. I am not one to sit at the dealership for hours and here I did not have to do that. The people here are not pushy. The time I spent in the dealership every employee I encountered was nice and fun. Didn't feel like I was at a dealership where they were just trying to get my money. Because of that excellence service I will return to purchase my next vehicle through them as well as refer all my friends and family to them. Thanks guys!!! We are loving our new Equinox!!

My experiences here have even great. Anna Ryan in sales is phenomenal. I am working on my second truck from her (just waiting for the factory to get it delivered) and she is without a doubt the best sales person I have ever worked with. If you want to be treated like you are family, with constant communication, honesty and willingness to go the extra mile, Anna is the person you want to work with. I am back and will continue to go back because of her. Service department is good as well. Very glad I was able find the place.
