My first class was really exciting and full of people that are really laid back but always willing to help out if you want it. The instructor, Patrick, was very knowledgeable of the techniques he was teaching but also broke things down to make it possible for you to do individually. Everyone has different body types so I felt like he made it easier to learn how I could use certain techniques to my personal advantage. He was willing to show the moves over 100 times if I needed! All around the environment at this gym was very welcoming and you could tell those who have been there a while are like family. People were really kind hearted especially the higher belts in jiujitsu they will take their time to help you learn. They will also challenge you! Abrah (Patrick’s wife) is also an amazing person and very motivating during the conditioning exercises.”

“Our first visit and we were impressed! This place is fun and a total dude barbershop. Young barbers who are unbelievably talented. My 15 yr old son loved it and Dante made the experience very personal for him. He communicated and cleaned him up better than any other place we’ve been in Janesville. Happy they’re open on Sunday! “To be honest I hesitant to go here at first. But I am 58 years old and work a very physical job that I enjoy doing very much and CORE is only a few blocks from my work. This place is a WIN !!!! I was very sore when I first came in and I sat down with the physical therapist and we covered what my main problem spots were and what was bothering me the most. The therapist massaged out my back and I felt better than I have in a very long time. I have been going every other week for a couple of months and am truly feeling better and more balanced than I have felt in the last 20 years. You don't need to be an elite athlete to use this place , I believe it offers something for everyone.”
